Hello,
My question is what "+10 HV/ std" means in this CT Scan? Is it dangerous? Is there anything wrong? I would really appreciate it if you can answer this.

This is related to technical term how density of a tissue is read. This alone does not mean anything as a scan is read in terms of many things like clinical condition contrast with other tissue contrast with previous etc. Person to person values change. Only after careful assessment an expert gives opinion that this scan has some abnormality or not.
It denotes the radio density of the lesion in CT scan less the value less dangerous it is depending upon the lesion . So as I do not know the reason for doing CT. Please consult your radiologist for proper interpretation
