I am suffering with multiple sclerosis and thyroid and now also hair fall please tell me is this due to thyroid or multiple sclerosis and what medicine or shampoo should i use for this

Hi It will be mostly coz of thyroid disease... Only shampoo will not help u... Skin specialist will give some hair vitamins for the same
