  4. I want to improve EYE vision. Our body?

I want to improve EYE vision
I am 22, I have a -5.00 Number in both eyes and also 1 cylindrical number. My Questions are :- 1]- Can I take 'cod liver oil' for improve eye vision and reduce eye number? 2]- Is 'code liver oil' be good for our body? I daily eat green vegetable and do eye exercise , but it does't work for me I am afraid to remove eye numbers with laser operation .

Hello A.  Cod liver oil will not solve the purpose B. I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses Lasik is a very good option for this For more information you can read my health tip on lasik available on practo healthfeed Regards
