I've Pointed chest pain
I've Pointed chest pain with stomach discomfort I've went to cardiologist Dr. given me tablets Met XL, Hifenac Mr and Rantac 150 for 1 week but still I've discomfort also I've done all tests ECG ,2DECHO & TMT test all r normal

If you cardiac Tests are normal then its time to change your diet. Let me if further help required
