I've had a runny nose for almost a year
Each morning till around 1 pm , I have a runny nose followed by constant sneezing .. now I'm sure it's not an allergy for the weather because almost all 4 seasons have passed and I still have this problem

Besides allergy it could be a viral infection.also.as each season there r different types of virus in the air.so increase yr immunity, by taking fresh fruits,green leafy vege, vit C , high protein diet etc n also consult an ENT specialist to rule out nasal polyps.
