I’ve had a ‘cold’ for more than a month.
I went to the doctor feeling like I had either the flu or a cold. I took a flu test. It turned negative, so it’s “just a cold”. Yet, it’s lasted for more than 3 weeks . On the second week though, it stopped for 3 days and came back worse but this time with fever and intense headaches. What is wrong with me?

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis.. need to be evaluated by physical check up.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
