I took plan B the other week and I am currently taking my birth control medicines that I take normally. My back is hurting and I am having abdominal cramps, does the Plan B basically "restart" taking birth control and put the effects that it put on me when I began taking it months ago?

If u are already on a birth control pill there is no need of plan B Medicines ,bcz it interferes the menstrual cycle and causes unnecessary cramping and sometimes even a discharge .
