I think I might have a genital wart

Asked for Female, 18 Years

About a month ago I had what seemed to be a sore blind boil just below my anus. It was quite swollen but it's completely decreased in size and just looks like a bit of extra skin. But i can still feel it as a lump when I touch it. I haven't had this anywhere else on my body and I practise safe sex. What could this be??
