I think I'm developing an eatingdisorder
I have had an unhealthy relationship towards food for the past year and I have a feeling I'm developing an eating disorder. I am not happy with my body image and I have gained 5-6KG over the past month. I am obviously not happy with this and I want to change. Both of my parents are overweight and I'm scared of becoming obese/overweight as well... I weigh 53KG and I am 165cm at the age of 14! In my opinion, I think this is fat for me.... I feel guilty when I either eat too much or eat junk..

You are certainly not overweight. You can start doing some exercises everyday which will make you feel more positive about your body and not give you any guilt about eating. At 14 you must definitely not have such thoughts. You should think positively about yourself n your life. Regular yoga and meditation along with a nutritious diet will be very helpful.
