Hi, I think you are probably suffering from depression which is a very common Nero psychological problem. Depression can effect all ages. Females are the most sufferer. In depression a person looses interest in all pleasurable activities, there are ideas of hopelessness and helplessness, lack of concentration, easy fatiguability, low mod, feeling lonely, death wishes and suicidal thoughts. These are all due to some neurochemical changes in side the brain cells of specific brain regions. So it is absolutely a biological phenomena. Only by sitting and thinking about it can never solve the problems. There are definite and satisfactory treatment available for depression. Antidepressant medication along with psychotherapy are quite beneficial. But for that you have to consult a professional.
Next Steps
For the time being my advise to you are:  share your emotions and inner thou ghts with someone close and supportive. If not, try to make friends but not in social media. Start moving by doing morning walk or yoga. Avoid any kind of substance. Depression mostly comes in phases. So it should not persist for a long time. Think positive do something positive for yourself and for other. You can involve yourself in some charitable work. That will give you lots of inner strength. But even though depression persist you must consult a nearby psychiatrist who can guide you to recover from this stage. Thank you.
