I think I broke my neck

Question

Asked for Male, 38 Years

11 days ago I fell off a bosu ball. (reverse somersault) Neck snapped. Couldn't breathe 5 sec. Pops/cracks in neck/head static (mainly when I turn L and to center). Neck back L side felt swollen (went away). Moving = pain L neck +. Numb L side face. Dizzy/Tired after hour. Pain med no help. Not moving head/neck does. Same injury as kid.Whats issue
