I had physical activity and i got pregnant since 1 month and i want abortion. My period had not come this month plz help

Have you done a Urine Pregnancy test? Is it Positive?
If yes then you are pregnant and would need an abortion.
By the way, if the test comes Negative, then it would be better to get a scan or a repeat test after 15 days.
For abortion you will need to meet a Gynecologist as only trained MBBS doctors and Gynecologists can do abortions in India , as per MTP laws.

First make sure that you are pregnant by urine test. Then consult gynaecologist for the procedure
