I need opinion on my beauty marks

Asked for Female, 14 Years

I have quite a few beauty marks on my face,they are in specific places and they make my face symetrical.The thing is,i like them,but i have two beauty marks that are bigger than others.They are not too big but they are really recognizible.I visited dermatologist about one that i accidently scratched and she said everything is fine,but i want to ask You if procedure that makes moles smaller or reshapes them exists,because edges are also not really sharp.I need a professional opinion. Thank you
