I'm worried if my immunity is ok
Hello Sir, Ma'am,
I had diagnosed with b12 deficiency in Dec 2019. Later on I have taken a course of 3 month medication. Today I'm feeling weak so I'm constantly thinking if it is because of B12 deficiency history. The only problem is that I have come to my hometown village before lockdown and here there is no lab for about 40 km to test. Shall I be worried even after taking a course of completely 90 days

B12 is a water soluble vitamin so there is no fear over dose. We can start suplimenting it without test too. Btw insted of starting any medication randomly there is a need of proper discussion about your illness .with detailed history of your complains and past medication
