Respected sir/ma'am,
I'm experiencing eye pain for a month. It's more in the upper peri orbital area. Pain is on and off. It's sometimes accompanied by headache and vomiting. Headache and peri orbital pain is so intense sometimes. Since, the intra cranial tension is increased giving rise to headache, I feel like circulations going on so fast in my head region and palpitations are felt at the same time, with fluctuation in BP (ghabrahat). There have been 2 episodes of headache, vomiting, with eye pain in a month. Otherwise eye pain occurs vaguely sometimes. Kindly help. Thank you.

This could be due to a variety of reasons. Decreased visual acuity might cause this. Glaucoma (raised intra ocular pressure) may cause this. This could also be a tension headache or a migraine among other things. The latter are most likely causes in most people.

Visit an ophthalmologist near by for an eye check up. So that you will know if your discomfort is because of your vision problem. Drink plenty of fluids, more than 3 litres. Avoid over thinking and stress. Sleep minimum of 8 hours at night
