you have to consult an endocrinologist or Diabitologist as it is not possible to prescribe as it needs regular follow up, routine check-up.as such strict instructions are there from this open practo platform not to write any medicine or PRESCRIPTION even for cold, so u r a very big problem.
Follow strict diabitic diet, even FRUITS. Ok.
