I'm suffering from lipoma
I'm having few lumps in my body , specially in my stomach area which are 1-2 cm I fear it's lipoma cause Thiers no pain , please help me with any cure, also help me know any diet which I should follow

If they are not painful no need to get them removed surgically...I would recommend u get examined once and get a fnac for confirmation of diagnosis
