There is a border line elevation But why did your wife give this Does she have any abdominal pain or jaundice While elevated ca19.9 is often seen in pancreatic and gall bladder tumours, it can be elevated in non cancer conditions like cirrhosis of liver or gall bladder stones as well.... Would advise a USG abdomen and would like to consult the patien for a detail history evaluation

Would like to know more in detail about your case to help you , can you please share any imaging that’s already done , also her blood reports including most recent liver function test . Yes this is a tumor marker , but should be correlated clinically since the elevation is very small , if no other investigation is done so far , you can consult to get a prescription for necessary investigation. Please feel free to consult me at any stage of your treatment or investigation .
