I have a sudden stabbing pain in a single point of my left breast .. accompanied with heat. No lumps or any other abnormalities. Please help. I am 37 and just started using OCP for my pimples. Regards

Hello....i understand your problem, I think you should know that breast pain may be due mastitis ( infection of glands in the breast) cyclical pain,breast cysts, breast trauma, prior breast surgery or other factors localized to the breast..... Breast pain may also start outside the breast...For example- in the chest wall, muscles, joints or heart.... Cyclic breast pain appears to have a strong link to hormones and your menstrual cycle. Cyclic breast pain often decreases or disappears with pregnancy or menopause...consult a n earest surgeon for clinical evaluation and further management....
