I m getting my periods early
I am getting my periods early 6 days early than expected. I m really worried for this . Its been 3 montgs that i m getting my period early. I will mention that i m not sexually active. Still why i m getting my periods early?

Hi normal range for menstrual cycles can range anywhere from 21 to 35. A lot of factors like travel, lifestyle changes, stress etc can alter the length of the cycle. If you are not having any excessive bleeding, missed cycles,  weight gain, feeling tired etc I would advise you to wait and.see if it regularises itself. But if you continue having irregular cycles you might want to get a thyroid hormone test or other test to rule out polycystic ovaries both  of which are treatable
