It usually happens if subject is not of your interest..  If you are feeling tired then get serum Vit B12 level done...  Start calcirol sachet 60k once every wk for 6 wk

Hello There. I can understand your concern. you need to consult a MD consultant physician in person and get your self checked out. you will need a few tests as well. so go and consult a MD consultant in person for the needful. for now, you can take a capsule. Take multivitamin once daily after food for 1month. Practice yoga twice daily. Consult physician and check for fasting blood sugar, PPBS, fasting Thyroid profile. Measure B.P daily.
