I'm delay in periods for 11 days.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I'm married, and delay in periods for 11 days. I had white discharge normally for this past 10 days. But from yesterday along with white discharge there was very mild blood spot. Today also I noticed this. I did my pregnancy test today and it came negative. Its been 50 days.What is the reason for this? Whether I'll get my periods or am I pregnant?
