Your glucose on OGTT at 1 hr was high, supposed to be less than 180, fasting and 2 hrs glucose was normal. During pregnancy, home fasting glucose should be less than 95, 2 hr post meals less than 125 and 1 hr post meal glucose should be less than 140. Your home glucose at 1 hr post meals is high. It is possible that you have gestational diabetes. Would need Hba1c which is gold standard to test to confirm it. First step will be dietary changes and exercise, you may require medicines to control it Gestational diabetes increases risk of preterm, large sized baby, need for C sections
Next Steps
Check Hba1c , check home sugars fasting, 2 hrs post breakfast, 2 hrs post lunch, and 2 hrs post dinner. Consult online to discuss next steps
