I held my pee for 2.5 hours
I went to a monastery  festival today surrounded my 1000's of people. So there was no way to go to washroom,all the paths were blocked by people. Therefore I had to held my pee for around 2.5 hours. The pressure was extremely high. I could even feel pain in my lower abdomen. As I have held my pee and caused pressure to my bladder and kidney, I'm  getting  -ve thought continuously that it might've affected both the organ. Does containing pee for such hours damage my Kidney and Urinary Bladder? Please help. I am getting lots of fearful thoughts.
