I haven't had a period in over 2 years

I haven't had a period in over two years but the other day I received light bleeding. My breast have been super sore and for a while now I've been getting big knot like cramps in my stomach and then they just go away. My cramps I'm having now are a 10 maybe a little over . Idk what's going on or what to do. I dont have health insurance though...
