I have tydriod problem
I have tydriod problem before am taking 75mg dosage when my ths level is 12 now am taking 50mg my ths level 7. My question can i reduce the dosage or continue same 50mg

Only TSH is not of much use here.

Continue same dose of thyroid drug. 3 weeks later, get FT3 FT4 and TSH

Hi, I think u r talking about thyroid problem ( Hypothyroidism) . The TSH should be targeted between 1-2 ideally. Ur TSH is 7 which means still high which needs to be controlled. Increase your thyroxine supplement to 75 microgram for better control or consult a Endocrinologist. Thanks

Your thyroid is still not under control You need to increase the dose n retest after 2-3 mths

Continue with 75 mcg dose as ur TSH level 7 is high and in females it should be less then 4
