You seem to be suffering from chronic tonsillitis which usually presents with recurrent attacks of throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. If your symptoms are persistent and very recurrent then surgery known as tonsillectomy may be required

You may do culture sensitivity of throat swab. And accordingly take antibiotics . Confirm whether its tonsillitis or something else
