I have my left side upper throt pain from last one month due to lockdown I can't go for doctor so pls help me

Any difficulty/ pain in swallowing?
Next Steps
you can do Betadine gargles, 2-3 times daily. Take Tab. Calpol/ Crocin, upto thrice daily, if required for pain.
Health Tips
Avoid Spicy food. Please consult an ENT specialist if you have difficulty or pain in swallowing.
