So, I am M24 with height as 5'7 and weight as varying between 68-70KGs.
But I have seen my arms and legs are too thin, i mean i have been working out recently which has improved the muscle mass on my arms but my legs below knee they used to be plumpy before now they're so thin.
I eat properly and eat all vegetables now as well.
Why still m having that kind of problem?
I hit legs less in gym though.
I have also less
vitamin d as i have a job which requires me to be within walls during day time(IT), for that I take vitamin d supplements every 5-6 months. Please help me..
