Thin arms and legs
Last year I had a gastric problem(around on july end), severe acidity which lasted for around a month(as i hadn't go to the doctor earlier, though i wish i had). After that I observed i lost muscle, basically the width if my chest reduced a bit, my arms get so thin, then my legs got thin as well. Later i developed palpitations and tinnitus(this isn't the issue here btw).. Now even if I eat well(since a year m at home and eating home made proper food), I don't seem to gain muscles on my arms and legs, if i do weightlifting with dumbells for few weeks there's increase and then when i leave it again, it's back to square one! Same old thins arms.. can this be due to that acidity issue previously that affected something? Right now i dont have acidity, no gas too. But I see my poops are a little oily in look, but no diarrhoea, also sometimes i get soreness in lower right ribs(when i touch 2nd or 3rd rib it feels sore sometimes). Please help me diagnose this, i want to grt back healthy again

Your problem has nothing to do with acidity. Take tablet Ornidazole-500 mg twice daily for 5 days. Take high protein diet regularly.  Eat two bananas and two pieces of chikki daily. Do regular physical exercises for 1 hour daily for 6 months and see the difference. Regular physical exercises to continue.
