I have the body of a 12 yr old at age 17
I got my period at age 12 and I haven't developed much, my bones are so small and my 12 yearold sister is starting to develop faster than me, will my body still develop more ?

If you have regular periods and your other Body characteristics are developing, then there is No issue to worry about. If there is an overall Delay in Body development, then you will have to see an Endocrinologist for further review and treatment.
