I have done endoscopic sinus surgery before 1 yr since then i m facing this problem i went to ent nd neurologist but they said nothing wrong in it but dont know wat to do... kindly consult any right way

Need to assess whether there's actual swelling or you have just perception of swelling..there might be numbness due to operation.. without physical examination can't say accurately..
