  4. I have stomatitis/ulcer under my tounge.

I have stomatitis/ulcer under my tounge.
Having stomatitis/ulcer under my tounge.. taking multivitamin-lactobacillus combinations since 3 days.. but it hasnot worked. That ulcer is hurting and may be little bit of skin around it got broken.. can you suggest any cream or gel for it? Already taking oral drug
