I have some time testicle pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Testicle pain cause infertility in men or what. Please suggest me Or i have to take usg scrotum scan. Two doctor suggest me if you more pain but some time pain will be there and from 3 years I'm planning for pregnancy but still not. Semen analysis test normal but today I take semen analysis test motility is low
