I have some stuff in my eye

Ok, so my eye tickles a lot. Do i have a tumor or what? i am really confused. i heard a lot about ebola and stuff i dont know what is going on but its really tickeling in the Left of my right eye if you know what i mean. please help i am extremely confused and in need of help!
