I have so much dandruff.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have so much dandruff on my scalp. 4 years ago I visited a doc and he gave me 3 shampoos. When I started using them, they worked. After using them for 3 months, I discontinued using them so again I have lot of dandruff which is quite visible through my hair. Please suggest.
