I have so much acne pimples on my face
I have problems from since 2 years ..my period is irigular...it takes  2-3 months to have a period and if I have a period than it was no t stop I have 2-3 times in one month ..I have acne pimples on my face also please suggest me what should I do

Seek help from a gynaecologist and a dermatologist. You may have to go throigh certain blood investigations.

Best way to regularise periods and treat acne is to take Tablet Diane 35 from day two of periods at bedtime once every night for 21 days and then give a gap of seven days and then restart again for 21 days. Take cyclically for 3 months

On day two of periods you can do 1. Serum free testosterone 2. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness 3. Serum TSH fasting levels early morning empty stomach 4. Serum Prolactin

Diane -35 also used to control Polycystic ovaries besides acting like a contraceptive. Drink plenty of water and fruits juice when on pills . Avoid pills if have high blood pressure or cholesterol or jaundice or blood clotting problem.
