Greetings. You seem tohave a furuncle over there but you'll definitely need to see a qualified dermatologist near you for proper examination and treatment. Prescriptions cannot be issued on this platform. Also if this problem is pertinent then pilonidal sinus needs to be ruled out. Warm regards
