I have small white dots on my face
I woke up yesterday with swollen eyes and small puss filled white dots across my face. There is a big cluster on my chin area. They are itchy and feel hot. I tried taking Benadryl but that didn't work. I also tried Aloe Vera and that didn't work either. Please help
