Definition of sinus problem is different for different individuals. Complete clinical evaluation with diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses together can diagnose chronic rhinosinusitis which is commonly called as sinus program. Most common symptoms are recurrent nose block, facial heaviness, nasal discharge and post nasal discharge. Recurrence in your case might be due to improper pre operative diagnosis or surgical failure
