I have ringing sound in my left ear
I have ringing sound in my left ear and it is higher during my periods time.it is too high even i can't sleep at that time.

Mam you need to get a hearing evaluation done first... Medications are needed, but u will need a proper prescription... It takes some time for the medicines to act...
Next Steps
Get an Audiological evaluation (Pure Tone Audiometry) testing along with a Tone Decay Test. If you also have giddiness, a vEMP test is helpful. Consult an ENT doctor after or for the tests

Avoid stress. Avoid Caffeine... Avoid Red meat... Avoid oily, spicy food especially during the periods ..
