As a eNT surgeon I can guide you that do not use on and off over the counter drug especially Otrivin, it will result in rhinitis MEDICAMENTOSA. Allergy can’t be cured completely but it’s complication can be avoided by optimal treatment. On nd off incomplete treatment will lead to chr rhinosinusitis, nasal polyp, PND AND many other problems.
