I have red spots and rednes last 3 year

I have red spot and rednes last 3 months I consult dermatologist and he gave some medicine like flunacozel and cream luliconazole . This problem not cure and Last 2 days internal muscle pain like testicle muscle in right side after 2 days pain is gone today mild pain and irritation in penis top of shaft continues urine cmng like pressure of urine . Now i take levocetrazene for 10 days and fluncoazle 150 for 3 days and. Onbat b cream .
