I have psoriasis and arthritis problem

Endometrial thinness is 5.4 mm
No uterine/ adnexal mass seen.

Right ovary measures 3.8×2.6cm. It shows a dominant follicle measuring 22×18mm
Left ovary measures 3.1×1.6cm .it shows atretic follicles...
