I have problem focusing
I have a problem fixing gaze, I end up tilting my head, and using my left eye more than right eye. I have cylindrical vision of -0.5, axis 75° in my left eye( sph. - 1.25) and right eye has sph. - 1.75. Is this due to cylindrical vision or something else.

It is quite possible that it is because of the refractive error. Kindly get glasses and tilt no more, or else you will end up with neck pains.
