I have physical and mental problem
Hello, i am 29, 5'10" and wt. 68, unmarried. i always feel weak physically and mentally. I have become introvert, and always feel uncomfortable to talk with people, I am loosing my thinking power and having less memory. one time fasting makes me worse. I am also suffering from night fall(one or two time in week) one time ejaculation effects me mentally and physically very badly. I am loosing self confidence and happiness of my life.

U are suffering from depression. It is a mental disorder. U may took tretment from  psychiatrist .But i suggest u may took treatment from a good homoeopathic doctor and also consult with a good psychologist for counselling sessions. I think it will cure u with out alopathic medicine. If after 3-5 month's tretment symptoms not relieved then u can Consult a good psychiatrist.
