I have pain in my scrotum with stomach and stomach side mild pain and back pain 1yearcback I took test results is vericocele grad 2 so pls tell ur sujjjestion and should I take test again and food diets

If it's symptomatic...bothering your daily routine ...go for surgery. It very rarely gives you stomach pain...it only cause dragging pain in scrotum
