I have pain in my right abdominal
I have pain in my right abdominal for past 15 to 20 i have done ultrasound tge report ia attached. I guess i need to help

That cyst is of quite significant size, can cause this abdominal pain. Need to evaluate other things as well like urine analysis and culture report. That renal calculi is also not suppose to cause this pain. Latest location must confirm with NCCT KUB. So consult a local urologist.
