Having neck pain . I feel survical. headache. feel nausea. sometimes vomiting. i have to carry laptop on my shoulders. having long term problem. but now getting more

Change ur working style.,I mean long hour computer work has led to it...do physiotherapy,hot fomentation,tb pregabaline 75 mg hs, tb zerodol-MR 1 BD for 5 days, tb pan 40 Od ( e.s)
