I have mucoplypoidal thickening seen in left maxillary antrum. What is the problem. Kly explain in this regard. Major problems will be occure in future or otherwise.

You seem to have described CT scan finding. If you have symptoms of nasal congestion, frequent nasal discharge and headaches then CT findings correlate with diagnosis of chronic sinusitis. If you don't have much symptoms in nose then it's just incidental CT finding. It is a common CT scan finding and it won't have any long term implications
